NOTICE CALLING FOR PRE-QUALIFICATIONS
ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL LIST OF CONTRACTORS
CALENDAR YEAR 2012
California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act
Notice is hereby given that the Mt. San Jacinto Community College District invites all licensed trade contractors to be included on the District’s list of qualified trade contractors for informal bids for trades on construction projects between $45,000 and $175,000 by submitting the following information:
- Contractor name and address to which questionnaire and bid notices should be mailed;
- Telephone number at which the contract may be reached;
- Type of Work in which the contractor is interested and currently licensed to perform;
- Class of contractor’s license number(s) held;
- Contractor’s license number(s) for each type of work;
- Fax number at which the contractor may be reached; and
- E-mail address at which the contractor may be reached.
A contractor may have his firm added to the District’s Contractors Bid List at any time by providing the required information on the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire which must be submitted by mail, fax or email. The questionnaires are available at any time on the Mt. San Jacinto Community College Purchasing Office website located at http://www.msjc.edu/Purchasing/Pages/UPCCA.aspx . Applications are also available on site at Mt. San Jacinto Community College District, Purchasing Office Room 706, 1499 No. State Street, San Jacinto, CA 92583, 951-487-3115, or by email request to tsisco@msjc.edu .
The Mt. San Jacinto Community College District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all informal bids, waive any non-material irregularities, and will be the sole judge of the responsiveness and responsibility of participating contractors.
